KU to resume online classes from February 8

Offline classes only for last semester students

SRINAGAR — The University of Kashmir has decided to continue online teaching mode for all the semesters except last semester/final year students from February 08, 2021.

The University on recommendation of its constituent committee has decided to hold offline classes only for last semester students from February 15 as such the students shall be allowed physically to the University and its satellite campuses.

Earlier, the University had constituted a committee to decide on whether to start offline classes or not.

The notification from Dean Academic Affairs reads, “Upon recommendations from constituent committee, the University shall reopen for offline teaching in a staggered manner and in first instance, only last semester/final year students shall be allowed to attend classes physically from 15th February.”
