PULWAMA — Joint Forces have released three among five family members including a girl who had been detained during a Cordon and Search Operation in Wahibugh area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Sources said that amid Eid-ul-Fitr, Joint Forces launched a search operation in Bonmohalla Wahibugh area of Pulwama.

Forces detained five members of a family including a girl from the area that lies in the heart of Pulwama district.

Police sources said that after questioning, three members of the family including the girl were released while two members (father-son duo) of the family are still being questioned.

A source said that these arrests were made in connection with a case related to militancy.
