Militant’s hideout blasted in Shopian

SHOPIAN — Government forces on Tuesday morning busted a militant hideout in the forests of Yawran Keller area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district.

Sources said that the operation was carried out by a joint team of the police and Army’s 23 Para.

They said that incriminating material was recovered from the hideout which was later blasted with explosives.

Police has registered a case and investigations are underway.
