Srinagar: Government Medical College Srinagar has issued an Advertisement Notification for Government Medical College Srinagar Recruitment 2017.
Applications on plain paper, duly affixed with passport size photograph, are, therefore, invited from the eligible candidates who are permanent residents of J&K State for filling-up of the following positions on contractual basis on the consolidated remuneration shown against each post.
The Posts to be filled under this recruitment include Research Scientist (Medical), Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical), Research Assistant and Laboratory Technician.
The recruitment process has been started in order to establish Viral Research and Diagnosis Laboratory (VRDL) under the scheme of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, in the Department of Microbiology, Government Medical College Srinagar, for a period of one year:

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- The applicants are advised to enclose with their applications the attested copies of under mentioned documents / certificates of the relevant post.

- Research Publication(s) in indexed Journal.
- Permanent Resident Certificate, (PRC).
- Date of Birth Certificate.
The applications should reach the office of the undersigned by or before 15th September, 2017 up to 03:30 PM. A contact number must be stated on the application.
The applicants for Government Medical College Srinagar Recruitment 2017 shall have to appear before the selection committee constituted for the purpose, along with all the original testimonials and other related documents on the date of interview, which will be notified separately through print media as well as official website of Medical College, Srinagar viz. www.gmcs.edu.in.
No TA / DA will be paid and no separate call letters will be sent to the candidates at the time of interview.
The selected candidates for this Government Medical College Srinagar Recruitment 2017 shall have to execute an agreement that he / she will not leave the Department before the completion of one year’s contract, however, abandoning / terminating of the arrangement in the Specialty will require one month’s prior notice on either side, failing which the salary shall not be paid for one month to the incumbent, which shall always remain in deposit with the Department and shall be released on the completion of sanctioned term.
