Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission has announced JKPSC Recruitment 2017 for 54 Medical Lecturer Posts.

JKPSC Recruitment 2017 proposes to receive the job applications from eligible aspirants in Online Mode. The candidates can submit their applications to Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission before 12 August, 2017.

The Detailed Eligibility for various Posts is as follows:

ANATOMY (For Medical Persons): Post Graduate degree in Anatomy i.e, M.S. For Non-Medical Persons, PhD in Anatomy.

⇒ As Registrar / Tutor, Demonstrator / Tutor or a Senior Resident for a period of two years in a recognized Teaching Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India or the University of Jammu / Kashmir. The teaching experience, if any gained before or during Post Graduation studentship shall not be considered while determining the eligibility for the posts of lecturers.

ANESTHESIOLOGY: M.D / M.S. Anesthesiology / DFACS Speciality Board of Anesthesiology (USA) or equivalent qualification.

⇒ As Registrar / Tutor, Demonstrator / Tutor or a Senior Resident for a period of two years in a recognized Teaching Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India or the University of Jammu / Kashmir. The teaching experience, if any gained before or during Post Graduation studentship shall not be considered while determining the eligibility for the posts of lecturers.

BLOOD BANK: Post Graduate in Pathology, Hematology i.e M.D (Pathology / Hematology / Path. & Bact.) PhD, D.Sc.; Speciality Board of Pathology / Hematology (USA) or MRC Path (UK).

⇒ As Registrar / Tutor, Demonstrator / Tutor or a Senior Resident for a period of two years in a recognized Teaching Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India or the University of Jammu / Kashmir. The teaching experience, if any gained before or during post graduation studentship shall not be considered while determining the eligibility for the posts of lecturers.

CD&TB: M.D in Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases or equivalent qualifications.

⇒ As Registrar / Tutor, Demonstrator / Tutor or a Senior Resident for a period of two years in a recognized Teaching Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India or the University of Jammu / Kashmir. The teaching experience, if any gained before or during post graduation studentship shall not be considered while determining the eligibility for the posts of lecturers.

DERMATOLOGY: M.D in Dermatology; Speciality Board of Dermatology (USA).

⇒ As Registrar / Tutor, Demonstrator / Tutor or a Senior Resident for a period of two years in a recognized Teaching Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India or the University of Jammu / Kashmir. The teaching experience, if any gained before or during post graduation studentship shall not be considered while determining the eligibility for the posts of lecturers.

ENT: M.S. (ENT) / Specialty Board of Oto-RhinoLaryngology (USA) or equivalent qualification.

⇒ As registrar / Tutor, Demonstrator / Tutor or a Senior Resident for a period of two years in a recognized Teaching Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India or the University of Jammu / Kashmir. The teaching experience, if any, gained before or during post graduation studentship shall not be considered while determining the eligibility for the posts of lecturers.

Age: For applying to JKPSC Recruitment 2017 for 54 Medical Lecturer Posts, applicants should be between 18 – 54 Years.

Examination Fee: After successful submission of the form online, a Challan will be generated indicating the basic details of the candidate which inter-alia shall indicate the amount of fee to be deposited in the J&K Bank branch as given below:

General Category: Rs. 805/-

Reserved Categories: Rs. 405/-

The total amount of fee payable shall include Rs. 05/- as Service Charges of the J&K Bank.

Selection Procedure: The selection process for JKPSC Recruitment 2017 for 54 Medical Lecturer Posts shall be conducted in accordance with the Rule 51 of Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules, 1980 amended from time to time and notified vide Notification No. 07-PSC(DR) of 2017 dated: 07.06.2017, available on the website of the Commission i.e., www.jkpsc.nic.in

How To Apply: Interested candidates for JKPSC Recruitment 2017 for 54 Medical Lecturer Posts are requested to fill the prescribed application form and sent it to Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission, Solina, Srinagar – 190009 before 12 August, 2017.

Important Dates: The Commission has developed an Online Application Form for the Direct Recruitment of these posts. The Application Form together with Instructions for filling up the Application Forms will be available on the website of the Commission from 12 July, 2017. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions and all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the post before filing the online Application Form.

Last Date for filing of online Application complete in all respects is 12 August, 2017

Last Date for Submission of Fee / Bank Challan is 14 August, 2017

Candidates will also be required to submit a hard copy of the downloaded online Application Form along with the Bank Challan duly stamped by the bank authorities and the other requisite documents within two days after depositing fee in the Office of the PSC Complex located at Reshamgarh Colony, Jammu or Solina, Srinagar as the case may be.

The Commission will not be responsible for any postal / courier delays after the above prescribed last date.

Candidates are required to apply online through the website (www.jkpsc.nic.in) of the Commission. No other means / mode of application shall be accepted.

The necessary instructions regarding filling up of online application are given herein below:

01. Applicants are first required to go to the JKPSC website www.jkpsc.nic.in and click on the link “Online Application”.

02. An “APPLY” button on the window of the computer will appear and the candidates will click on the APPLY button against the post he / she is eligible.

03. On clicking “APPLY” button, an instruction window will appear. Candidates should read instructions carefully before clicking on “APPLY” button at the bottom of the webpage.

04. On clicking “APPLY” button, the system will ask the candidate to fill in the personal details.

05. The candidates should then fill in all the required details carefully. Application once submitted cannot be edited.

06. On successful submission of the online application, a window will open with a link to print e-Challan and Application Form.
