Srinagar: Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences has announced SKIMS Recruitment 2017 for 94 job vacancies.
The recruitment process proposes to receive job applications from eligible applicants in Online Mode.
SKIMS has issued a notification, announcing extension in Last Date for submission of Online Application Forms. The notification reads, “In view of snapping down of internet facility and strike of public transport from last 04 days, the last date of submission of online applications forms for various posts advertised vide notification No. 04 of 2017, dated 17.06.2017 is hereby extended up to 10.08.2017.”
Eligible candidates can submit their application to Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences before 10 August, 2017.

Age as on 01 January, 2017 should be 18 years to 48 years.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be based either on Written Examination / Interview on the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences’ norms.
How To Apply: The necessary instructions for filling-up of online application forms for SKIMS Recruitment 2017 is available on the official website of SKIMS.
The last date for the submission of online application forms as prescribed above shall be the cutoff date for determining the eligibility to apply for the job positions.
The application form for the above mentioned posts shall be filled online on SKIMS website only and no other application form shall be issued by SKIMS.
Candidates must take a print-out of the fee Payment Challan after successful filling of the application form.
Candidates shall deposit fees of Rs. 300/- with Rs. 15/- as Bank Charges in any of the branches of Jammu and Kashmir Bank in the account number specified and printed on the Payment Challan and obtain the candidate’s counterfoil copy of the application fee Payment Challan duly authenticated by the bank with: (a) Branch Name & Code No. (b) Transaction No. (c) Date of Deposit filled by the branch official. Then enter the payment details in the online application form (Payment Details) for the final submission of the application form.
It is pertinent to mention that once submitted successfully, candidates cannot edit their application form.
Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID as specified in the online application form while applying for any post shall be kept active during the concurrence of the recruitment process.
Please note that the above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying for this job recruitment. No other mode of application or incomplete steps would be accepted and such application would be rejected.
The downloaded print-out of the application form along with the Bank Challan & the attested copies of relevant certificates shall be sent either in person or by registered post to the office of the Administrative Officer (Policy), SKIMS by or before the last date of receipt of application.
