Befooled her by elegant grace,
Trapped her by his bait,
The bait sweet as brass,
Strangled her by his wait.
Brushed off her very often,
On pretext of reading, writing,
Stabbed her by her cotton,
Such a romantic, gay and loving,
Adorned him as an Achilles went on foot,
As an odyssey to have his glimpses,
Cupidian here made a mistake,
Left theseus as ravished bride,
Beseech thee stop these honest excuses.
