How much precious were the moments of chaste and innocent being,
Roamed when like a blessed rove,
And not known what was what?
Enjoyed to soar high in the sky,
Worried not for the jump.

Played pebbles and hopscotch,
Boy and girl as if were one,
Gone to picnic to cherish nature,
Dressed alike and helped one to one with open heart,
Never frowned nor scolded then to one.

Cherished bit by bit every breath,
As if were the champions of seize the day.
Felt pain what it happened?
Heart acheth, nerves shiver,
As if caged in lock and key,
Longing restlessly in every forced breath,
Have such moments once again to relish upon.
