Constable Recruitment: Venue changed to DPL Shopian

Srinagar: Police Recruitment Board has informed all concerned candidates that the venue has been changed for Constable Recruitment.

The Board has informed all those candidates of district Shopian, who are scheduled to appear in the PET/PMT on May 16,2017 for the post of constable in J&K Police that their venue for the conduct of said tests has been shifted from Sports Stadium Batapora Shopian to District Police Lines Shopian.

The Board has further informed that the date and timing for all the candidates will remain unchanged as reflected in the admit cards.

Meanwhile, Police Recruitment Board today started Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Endurance Test (PET) of the candidates from district Budgam at Bakshi Stadium Srinagar.

As per the schedule, 2125 candidates had to appear in the tests today out of whom 1535 candidates including 80 female candidates turned up.

After going through different tests, 610 candidates including 64 female candidates were declared qualified for the next round of the test. The process will continue as per schedule. (KNS)
