Interview for Class-IV posts from 24 December: State Motor Garages Department

Srinagar: J&K State Motor Garages Department has released the interview schedule for the shortlisted candidates for Class-IV posts in the Department.

These Class-IV posts were advertised by the Department vide Advertisement Notice No. RCD-886/1835-43; Dated: 26-06-2014 and No. RCD-886/2948-74; Dated: 20-10-2016.

Under this recruitment process, the Department intends to recruit eligible job aspirants for the posts of Cleaner, Chowkidar, Helper, Orderly and Safaiwala.

The Interview Schedule of the shortlisted candidates for Class-IV post in J&K State Motor Garages Department is provided below:

The date-wise list of the candidates, to be interviewed is provided on the official website of the J&K State Motor Garages Department.

The candidates are advised to produce the following documents in original at the time of submission / verification of documents along with a set of self-attested Photostat copies of certificates:

1. Matriculation Certificate (for DOB purpose) along with Marks Card.

2. 10+2 Certificate (Qualification) along with Marks Card.

3. Permanent Resident Certificate.

4. Category Certificate, if any.

5. Self-attested Passport size photographs (02 copies).

6. The Candidate(s) shall furnish an undertaking to the effect that:

a) the qualification of the candidate at the time of submission of application was not above 10+2.

b) The information furnished by him / her is correct and in case of any false information, the candidate(s) shall be personally responsible for the same and shall be liable for disqualification for interview without any notice and shall not be allowed to appear in the interview.

The candidate(s) shall report at the respective venue of interview at 10.00 AM sharp on the dates of interview as well as submitting / verification of original documents as shown against each in the Annexure A & B for verification of documents before appearing in the interview.

The interview is subject to change in case of any exigency.
