J&K Bank postpones PO, Banking Associate exams

SRINAGAR — Jammu and Kashmir Bank authorities have postponed examinations for Probationary Officer (PO) and Banking Associates scheduled later this week amid appeals by aspirants.

J&K Bank Chairman, Parvez Ahmed said the new dates for the exams will be notified separately.

“Lot of queries being received for #JKBank exam. Though preparations are done, our partners in exam IBPS, TCS are here and visiting the test centers but keeping in view the inconvenience the applicants may have to face in the current circumstances, we are announcing the postponement of exams which were to be held on 21, 22, 23 & 24 Feb. New dates will be notified in due course,” Bank’s chairman announced on Twitter.

Earlier, The Kashmir Pulse carried a news report regarding the appeal by the aspirants to postpone the examinations scheduled to be held later this week. (GNS)
