Srinagar: Geelani-led Hurriyat Conference has called for a shutdown tomorrow, July 20, in Kulgam against the killing of a youth in firing by government forces there today.
Ayaz Akbar, the spokesperson of the party, said the strike was for the south Kashmir district only.
