Two minor girls who were shifted to hospital after they drowned in stagnant waters at Zewan area of Srinagar, breathed their last at the hospital, police said.

Five minor girls drowned in stagnant rainwater near stone quarries in Zewan area of Srinagar this afternoon. The girls, among whom three are alright and two were shifted to a hospital, were rescued jointly by the police and local people.
