Domicile status now eligibility for admission to educational institutions

With the issuance of Jammu and Kashmir Grant of Domicile Certificate (Procedure) Rules 2020, the UT government has made Domicile Status Certificate as an eligibility condition for admission to educational institutions in Jammu and Kashmir.
