GMC Srinagar Class-IV Recruitment 2018 for 110 Posts

Srinagar: Government Medical College, Srinagar has announced the GMC Srinagar Class-IV Recruitment 2018 for 110 Posts.

An Advertisement Notice No. 02-AHS of 2018; Dated: 07-02-2018 has been issued for Advertisement of Class-IV Posts (Divisional Cadre Kashmir).

Applications on the prescribed format are, therefore, invited from the eligible matriculate permanent residents of Kashmir Division (J&K State) for appointment as Class-IV posts in Government Medical College and its Associated Hospitals, Srinagar (Divisional Cadre Kashmir).

Post: Class-IV (Divisional Cadre Kashmir)

Vacancies: 110 Posts

Pay Scale: Rs. 4,440-7,440 with Grade Pay of 1300. During the period of first five years, the appointees shall be entitled to the minimum of scale of pay along with grade pay applicable to the post in terms of SRO-202 of 2015; Dated: 30th June, 2015.

Eligibility: The applicant must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

1. The age of the applicants as on 01-01-2018:
a) Minimum: 18 Years.
b) Maximum for Open Merit: 40 Years.
c) Maximum for SC / ST / RBA / ALC / OSC: 43 Years.
d) Maximum for Physically Challenged: 42 Years.

2. Qualification:
a) Minimum: Matriculate from Recognized Board (Basic Qualification).
b) Maximum: 10+2 (12th) from a recognized Board.

3. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Jammu & Kashmir State.

The prescribed application form should be on A4 Size Paper alongwith self-attested photostat copies of following certificates / documents:
a) Qualification Certificate (Academic: 10th and 10+2, if any).
b) Marks Certificate of Matric (10th) and Marks Certificate of 10+2, if any.
c) Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Board of School Education.
d) Permanent Resident Certificate.
e) Category Certificate in case of Reserved categories.
f) Demand Draft in original plus photocopy of the same.

The application form duly filled and completed in all respects should be deposited / submitted in person or through Registered Post in the office of the Administrator, Associated Hospitals, GMC Srinagar (only on working days).

Receipt of Application Forms: 20 February, 2018 (Onwards)

Last Date for Receipt of Application Forms: 12 March, 2018

Timing for Receipt of Application Forms: 11:00 AM – 02:00 PM

The applicant must attach the application fee receipt of Rs. 100 (One Hundred Rupees Only) in the form of Demand Draft payable to Accounts Officer, Associated Hospitals, Srinagar.

No application shall be entertained after last date of submission of application form, even by post.

Application forms found incomplete in any manner during the scrutiny of application shall be rejected. Applicant found having made any incorrect or false statement, suppressing material information shall render himself / herself liable for criminal proceedings.

The department may increase or decrease the number of vacancies.

The Recruitment shall be strictly in terms of Jammu & Kashmir Special Recruitment Rules 2015 notified vide SITU-202 of 2015; Dated: 30-06-2015. Reservation Rules are applicable as per standing instructions of the Government.
