Gulmarg Attack: Civilian porter killed, 4 Army soldiers injured

SRINAGAR — A civilian porter was killed while four Army soldiers were injured in a militant attack near Nagin area of Botapathri along the Line of Control (LoC) in northern Kashmir’s Gulmarg in Baramulla district on Thursday.

Quoting sources, the local news agency KNO reported that militants targeted Army personnel this evening.

However, the officials said that an Army vehicle part of a convoy in Baramulla was attacked by the militants in which a civilian porter was killed.

“Four soldiers have also been injured in the attack,” they said.
