J&K Government removes civil judge from services

SRINAGAR — The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday ordered the removal from services of Naveen Jamwal, Civil Judge (Junior Division) with immediate effect.

According to a government order passed by the order of Lieutenant-Governor Manoj Sinha, the action against Jamwal follows recommendations of the Full Court of High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.

“The Lieutenant Governor is pleased to order the removal of Naveen Jamwal, Civil Judge (junior division)/Munsiff from service with immediate effect,” the order, a copy of which lies with GNS, reads.
