SRINAGAR — A suspicious bag was found on Monday morning in Parimpora area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district, officials said.
A senior police officer told the news agency GNS that a joint team of J&K Police, 2 RR of the Indian Army, and CRPF found a suspicious bag containing a small cylinder and urea in orchards in Parimpora area.
The officer further said that to remain on the safer side, a small controlled blast was done to open the bag. “However, foul play cannot to ruled,” the officer added.
