J&K Bank mPAY

SRINAGAR — Jammu and Kashmir Bank customers are facing problems in accessing mPAY services on Saturday, leaving customers fuming.

Customers informed that they are not able to access the app, which is giving them a tough time logging into their accounts. Besides mPAY, some other bank services have also come to a halt.

“I was here to withdraw the cash, but the employees informed me that the system is not working. I tried to withdraw the cash from ATM but the Teller Machine was also out of order,” said Nazir Ahmad.

J&K Bank customers unable to access mPay

Sources said that the bank faced outages across Kashmir Valley. All the customers visiting the ATMs left without entering into transactions.

Some customers took to social media networking sites to complain about the outage, calling the delay in solving the issue as “not good enough”.

“I am in Sopore and here too system is out of order and we are unable to make any transactions,” said a customer Faheem.

Pertinently, earlier on Saturday, the Bank informed that no services will be available on J&K Banks ATM, Debit Card, e-Banking, mPAY, UPI, and NEFT/RTGS from 00:00 hrs to 04:00 hrs on April 3 due to maintenance activity.
