Srinagar, March 28: Government on Thursday extended the pre-paid mobile services in Jammu and Kashmir, and Northeast areas by two years after reviewing the security situation of the states.
The services were ending on March 31, 2013 but have now been extended up to March 31, 2015 according to a notification issued by Department of Telecom.
The move came into effect after seeking an approval of the Committee of Secretaries.
