12th Class (Winter Zone) results declared

Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) declared 12th Class results for Winter Zone (Jammu Province) this evening.

Chairman JKBOSE, Zahoor Ahmad Chatt, had said that the 12th Class results will be available on JKBOSE’s official website by 6:00 pm today.

He also said that the results had to be declared in the evening keeping in view the Supreme Court guidelines.

The Supreme Court recently held that exam results should be declared in the evening time so that both students and their parents can check the results at their homes without any hassles.

The readers should note that result of Higher Secondary Examination Part-II (Class 12th) Session Annual, Regular, Winter Zone, 2016 of Jammu Province has been declared. For Kashmir Province, the results are most likely to be declared in the next week.

For the convenience of the students, JKBOSE has made the result available through SMS mode for which the candidates have to send a text message by typing JKBOSE12 followed by a space Roll No. and send the same to 5676750 e.g., JKBOSE12 Roll No.

“The relevant material like Marks Cards, etc. shall be distributed to the concerned candidates later on in due course of time as per practice in vogue”, says the notification issued earlier.
