J&K Govt announces summer vacations for degree colleges

JAMMU — The Higher Education Department of the Jammu and Kashmir Government today announced summer vacations for the degree colleges of the UT.

An order issued in this connection, as per the news agency KNS, reads that the colleges in the summer zone of the Jammu division will observe a 45-day break beginning June 1, 2025.

However, colleges falling in the winter zone of the Jammu division as well as those in the Kashmir division, will have a 9-day break starting July 15.
