SRINAGAR — Directorate of Health Services Kashmir (DHSK) has decided to disburse and draw salary for the employees based on their satisfactory work done of the month.

According to an order, a copy of which lies with Kashmir News Service (KNS), DHSK has asked the concerned DDOs that no salary is drawn in favour of such employees whose work done is found unsatisfactory.

“Instructions have been conveyed by the higher authorities that no salary bills should be processed by the Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDO’s) of such employees, whose monthly work done is found un- satisfactory by the Heads of the Department,” reads the order.

It reads that it is enjoined upon all the Section Heads of Directorate of Health Services Kashmir to forward monthly work done statement of the employees (Regular/Contractual/Outsourced) working under their control/supervision to the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officers certifying that his/her work done/performance is satisfactory for drawl of salary.
