Coronavirus - COVID-19 Test

SRINAGAR — Jammu and Kashmir reported 84 new cases of novel Coronavirus while one more person succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said on Thursday.

They said 20 of the fresh cases were reported from Jammu division and 64 from Kashmir Valley, taking the total tally to 320340.

Providing the district-wide detail of the cases, the officials said that Srinagar reported 31 cases, Baramulla 9, Budgam 7, Pulwama 6, Kupwara 3, Anantnag 1, Bandipora 5, Ganderbal 1, Kulgam 0, Shopian 1, Jammu 5, Udhampur 1, Rajouri 1, Doda 8, Kathua 1, Samba 0, Kishtwar 1, Poonch 1, Ramban 0 and Reasi 2.

Regarding the death, they said, it was reported from Kashmir, taking the toll to 4373.

Moreover, they said, 172 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and include 51 from Jammu and 121 from the Valley.

There was no case of mucormycosis (black fungus) reported today and the cumulative number of confirmed cases remained 35 in J&K, the officials added.
