NEW DELHI — Delhi Police has released the Kashmiri youth who was detained by CRPF outside Parliament and later handed over to them.
Manzoor Ahmed Ahanger from Rathsuna village of central Kashmir’s Budgam who had gone to Delhi for some business purpose was arrested after he was allegedly found roaming in a suspicious condition.
Back in Budgam, his family vouched for his innocence and said that he had gone to Delhi for some business purpose.
Family sources said that Manzoor Ahmed has been released by Delhi Police. Quoting Police, the family said that Manzoor was questioned and treated well by Delhi Police. “He is returning home,” they said.
