Dheeraj Gupta appointed as Interim Chairman of J&K BOPEE

SRINAGAR — The government has designated Mr Dheeraj Gupta (IAS) to assume the responsibilities of the Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (J&K BOPEE).

According to a government order, this decision, made under Section 4 of the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination Act, 2002, appoints Mr Dheeraj Gupta, who currently serves as the Principal Secretary to the Government in the Department of Forest, Ecology, and Environment, to additionally fulfil the role of Chairman on an interim basis.

This interim appointment replaces Raj Kumar Goyal (IAS) until further orders are issued by the government.
