Govt likely to allow 3-wheelers, home delivery of food

SRINAGAR — The Jammu and Kashmir government is likely to allow three-wheeler traffic and home delivery of food from restaurants in Summer capital Srinagar, sources said.

Highly placed sources said that as part of re-opening economy, the government is likely to allow three-wheeler vehicular movement in Srinagar.

“The government is also mulling to allow home delivery of food from restaurants and hotels,” they said, adding that government is likely to come up with detailed district-wise  guidelines this evening.

Meanwhile, all districts of Kashmir Valley, excluding Bandipora and Ganderbal, have been declared as red zones, Ramban district of Jammu province has also been declared as red zone.

According to an order issued by the government, Kathua, Samba, Ganderbal, Bandipora, Reasi, Udhampur, Poonch, Rajouri and Jammu have been declared as orange zones. Kishtwar and Doda districts have been declared as green zones.

Meanwhile, an official said that district-wise guidelines will be issued by today evening.
