IPS officer Imtiyaz Ismail Parray gets DIG rank

JAMMU — The Director General of Police, J&K, Dilbag Singh on Tuesday decorated Imtiyaz Ismail Parray with DIG rank in a pipping ceremony held at Police Headquarters here.

“ADGP Coordination PHQ, Danesh Rana was present on the occasion,” Jammu and Kashmir Police said in a statement in this connection.

Imtiyaz Ismail, a 2009-IPS batch officer, has served in different positions including SSP Ganderbal and SSP Srinagar besides SSP Crime Branch.
