Jammu: The court today granted interim bail to Pooja, daughter of K Rajendra, DGP, who was yesterday arrested in connection with an accident case causing death of an elderly man at Jammu.
While granting interim bail to Pooja, Judicial Magistrate, Munsiff Jammu, Suheel Singh directed her to furnish a bail bond and personal bond to the tune of Rs 20,000 each, and directed police to release her from the custody with the condition that she would appear before the Investigating Officer (IO) every day for two hours. The court fixed September 29, 2014 as next date of hearing.
