MENDHAR — Joint Forces apprehended a man carrying sticky bombs in Mendhar area of Poonch district of Jammu region.
Police said after receiving proper information, Police, Army and BSF established a joint check-point at Morh Kotan area of Mendhar.
During checking, a suspect was identified, then apprehended and during his search, an IED having four sticky bombs and Rs 10,500 were recovered from his possession.
The man, who has been identified as Mehmood Hussain of Kasbalari area, was arrested and formal case under Unlawful Activities Act was registered against him at Police Station Mendhar.
