JKSSB General Teacher result expected as new Chairman takes charge

Pulwama: Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board is expected to declare the JKSSB General Teacher Result 2018 on its official website.

Subsequently, the JKSSB General Teacher Result including the Cut-Off Marks and Provisional Shortlist for counselling and document verification will be made available.

The link for checking Score of General Teacher by the concerned candidates will also be made available by the Board.

We talked to the authorities at JKSSB and they said that the General Teacher result will be declared only after the Revised Answer Keys for the written test are made public by the Board.

As per sources, the result is on hold as the recruitment Board has been awaiting the formal joining of its newly appointed chairman.

Zubair Ahmad, Special Secretary to the Government, Home Department, was recently transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Services Selection Board, against an available vacancy.

Mr. Zubair replaces Simrandeep Singh who was popular among the educated employment-seeking youth of the state for his strong work ethic.

Pertinently, the JKSSB Teacher Recruitment was advertised by the Board last year for 2154 General Teacher, Science/Maths Teacher and Urdu Teacher vacancies.

The JKSSB Science/Maths & Urdu Teacher results have already been announced by the Board. Now, everyone among the concerned aspirants is eagerly awaiting the JKSSB General Teacher results.
