AAO R&B suspended, inquiry ordered in Baramulla

BARAMULLA — Authorities on Wednesday suspended an official of R&B in Baramulla district of north Kashmir.

“Pending enquiry into the complaints against him, Mr Khursheed Ahmad, AAO R&B Division Baramulla is placed under suspension with immediate effect,” reads an order issued by Deputy Commissioner Baramulla.

During the suspension period, he shall remain attached to DC Office Baramulla. Further, Mohammad Shafi Lone, AAO BDO Office Rafiabad shall look after the charge of AAO Executive Engineer, R&B Division Baramulla in addition to his own duty, reads the order.

Further, Additional Deputy Commissioner Baramulla (DVO) shall conduct an enquiry into the matter and submit a report within three days.
