Abducted Sopore man found dead in Harwan

Baramulla: Body of an abducted person from Unsoo village was on Saturday found in an orchard in Harwan area of Sopore in District Baramula.

Tawseef Ganie of Tujar was abducted from Unisoo by unknown gunmen. Officials confirmed that body of Ganie has been recovered from the orchards.

“Slit throat body of Tawseef Ganie has been recovered,” Police sources confirmed.

Tawseef Ahmad Ganaie son of Muhammad Afzal of Tujjar Sopore was abducted by unknown gunmen after they barged into his shop at Unisoo Handwara area last Wednesday, October 3, afternoon.

The body has been sent for post mortem, the official said.
