PAMPORE — Army today went berserk in Khrew, Pampore tehsil of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
According to locals, they thrashed the locals including drivers to pulp without any reason or rhyme.
Locals also added that they hurled the choicest abuses at them and were beaten ruthlessly with sticks and butt-stocks of guns.
Meanwhile, they smashed the mirrors of vehicles present at main bus stop Khrew. Trembling in fear, the shopkeepers left their shops and started rushing towards safer places.
The locals blamed the Army for vandalizing the vegetables, fruits and other items from the nearby shops.
