Coronavirus: J&K records fifth single-day death

SRINAGAR — A female patient who died in a Srinagar hospital was tested positive for COVID-19 infection this evening.

Sources said that a female patient died in the hospital ward at SMHS Hospital and was tested positive.

A medico said the deceased woman hails from Sheikh Pora Kreeri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district and she was 70 years old. She had been admitted in the hospital on June 06.

This is the fifth death due to Coronavirus today in Kashmir Valley.
