
PULWAMA — One more person from Jawbara Awantipora was today tested positive of COVID-19, taking the total number of positive cases to 10 in the district.
A total number of 13 positive cases have been detected in the district so far with 03 recovered cases.
After the initial work up, it has been found that the positive case has a family contact and aggressive contact tracing of family members and relatives has been initiated.
Meanwhile, authorities declared a part of Jawbara which includes the area from Syed Hasan Mantaqi shrine Awantipora to Victor Force crossing as Red Zone. Besides, Awantipora and Barsoo has been declared as Buffer Zone.
