BUDGAM — A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) truck carrying dozens of personnel skidded off the road in the Khaigam area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district, resulting in injuries to several men.
Official sources told the news agency KNT that the incident occurred when the CRPF truck lost control and skidded off the road. Several personnel were injured and were promptly shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
“A CRPF truck belonging to 181 F Company carrying personnel skidded off the road in Khaigam, Budgam. Several personnel were injured and shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment,” said an official, adding that the initial report suggested 12 personnel sustained injuries in this mishap.
The injured personnel are receiving medical attention and police have registered a case in this regard.
