Cyber Police Kashmir reiterate call for social media restraint

SRINAGAR — Cyber Police Kashmir has once again urged people to refrain from posting any provocative posts on social media.

The police has reminded social media users that any post in conflict with cyber laws will be dealt with as per legal norms.

“Attention, Social Media Users: Please refrain from sharing any provocative or inappropriate content from your handles. Maintaining social media hygiene is crucial for a safe, orderly environment,” the Cyber Police said in a post on X as per the news agency Kashmir Scroll.

It further added, “Reminder: Any post in conflict with cyber laws will be dealt with swiftly and effectively as per legal norms. Let’s work together to keep our digital space safe and respectful.”
