Srinagar: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Rohit Kansal Wednesday evening informed media that schools and colleges in districts of Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Kulgam and Shopian would remain closed on Thursday in view of the looming flood threat due to incessant rains.
