
SRINAGAR — J&K Police said that it busted a hideout in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Saturday.
A Police official said that on a specific input, a joint party of Army’s 55 RR, Police and CRPF launched a search operation in Chakoora village, resulting in recovery of a huge cache of arms, ammunition, explosives, other war-like stores and incriminating material belonging to Hizbul Mujahideen.
The officer, giving details of the recovery, said that one SLR, two pistols, IED material including huge quantity of explosives, batteries and detonators were recovered.
