Srinagar: Kashmir valley Tuesday welcomed the season’s first snowfall as temperature plummeted across the region.
Upper reaches in the ski-resort Gulmarg witnessed the snowfall on Tuesday night while heavy rains lashed the rest of the valley from evening till Wednesday morning.
A MeT department official, however, said that weather will remain pleasant for next few days.
