‘Lockdown as notified earlier to continue in Srinagar’

SRINAGAR — Srinagar administration has decided to continue with the lockdown in Srinagar district as per the previous notification.

A tweet post by district administration Srinagar said that “Srinagar has obtained suggestions from stakeholders and experts. Based on these suggestions  it has been decided that lockdown as notified earlier will continue until further orders.”

“Decision on future course of action to be notified in due course,” the tweet read further.

It is pertinent to mention that the nationwide Coronavirus-induced lockdown was yesterday extended to June 30 with some considerable relaxations.
