Militancy graph coming down in Valley: Dilbagh Singh

JAMMU — Jammu Kashmir Police chief Dilbagh Singh on Friday said that the graph of militancy has come down considerably in Kashmir Valley.

Speaking to the reporters in Jammu, Dilbagh Singh said from 300 mark, the number of militants present in Kashmir Valley has come down to 200.

“We will ensure the graph of militancy goes down further and for this reason, we are fighting hard on ground. Jammu Kashmir Police is fighting against militants and COVID-19. We will emerge victorious on both fronts,” Singh said.

While responding to a question, Director General of Police said that people are facing a tough time but there is no need to worry. “We ensure both militancy and COVID-19 vanish. It is difficult but we will get over it,” Singh said.
