SRINAGAR — A team of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday raided the residential house of a private teacher in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, official sources said.
They said that the residential house of a private teacher identified as Farooq Ahmad Wani son of Mum Wani, a resident of Gusoo Pulwama, was searched by a team of the probing agency.
Official sources confirmed to Srinagar based news agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) that searches were carried out in connection with a case already registered at a Police Station of NIA and some documents were seized during the raid.
”The house owner was picked up by the NIA for further questioning,” they said, adding that further details will be shared later.
