PDP leader Nazir Itoo visits Sehrai’s residence

SRINAGAR — Days after the killing of top Hizb commander Junaid Sehrai, People’s Democratic Party senior leader Engineer Nazir Itoo visited the residence of Hurriyat Chairman Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai in Barzulla Srinagar here and expressed grief over the demise of his militant son.

Junaid was the youngest son of Hurriyat leader, Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai who was killed along with his associate in Kanimazar Nawakadal area of Srinagar city.

Sources said that Nazir Itoo visited the house of Sehrai on Monday late afternoon and condoled the demise of his son. He expressed solidarity with the family and prayed for the departed soul.

Nazir Itoo declined to comment when contacted over phone.
