SOPORE — A residential house was completely damaged in Jalalabad area of Sopore town in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Officials said that a massive fire broke out in the double-storey residential house of Mushtaq Ahmad Pandith (Advocate), son of Late Habib Ullah Pandith this morning.

However, a team of Fire and Emergency Services department reached the spot and doused the flames, they said.

In the mishap, a residential house was completely damaged while no loss of life or injury was reported, they added.

Officials said that exact figure of loss was not immediately known, adding that the cause of fire is being ascertained.
