Srinagar: Supreme Court would hear Zahid Farooq killing case on Monday.
Ghulam Muhammad Sheikh, uncle of Zahid Farooq and the state government have filed separate petitions in the Apex Court challenging the notification of the central government treating the BSF personnel on active duty in Jammu and Kashmir.
“The case has been listed at item no. 61 in court no. 11 and will come up for hearing on Monday” Supreme Court Lawyer, Vrinda Grover, representing the petitioner, told Greater Kashmir.
The petition filed by the state government will also come up for hearing on Monday and both the petitions will be heard together, Grover said.
