SRINAGAR — A complete shutdown is being observed in south Kashmir district on Monday for fourth consecutive day against the killing of Top militant commander Zakir Musa.
According to reports reaching here, all shops and business establishments are closed in the area while as public transport is off the roads.
Zakir Musa was killed in an encounter at Dadsara tral on Friday morning.
Meanwhile, low speed internet services have been restored in parts of southern Kashmir.
