SPO goes missing with AK-47 rifles from Budgam

SRINAGAR — A Special Police Officer (SPO) has gone missing from an SOG camp along with two AK-47 rifles, officials said on Wednesday.

Official sources said that the SPO Altaf Hassan (Belt No. 1197 /SPO) son of Ghulam Hassan Bhat of Qazipora Chadoora, who was posted in SOG Camp Chadoora, is missing along with two AK-47 rifles and three magazines.

Confirming it, a police officer said that a case has been registered and further investigations are underway.
