Two UBGL grenades recovered in Kupwara village

KUPWARA — Police and Army on Tuesday recovered two UBGL grenades during a cordon and search operation here at Zunreshi area of Kralpora, sources said.

They said that upon receiving specific inputs, a joint cordon and search operation was launched by Army’s 14 SIKHLI and Special Operations Group (SOG) of Police at Chaupan Mohalla, Zunreshi.

During the operation, they said, two UBGL grenades were recovered in the area.
